It goes without saying that we will build your collection together from the very beginning. We start with a structured analysis of sales from the previous season that takes into account current fashion trends we have seen. We will then create the collection starting with an inspirational idea then progressing along a logical development path. We are always careful to include your input and ideas about themes, materials, styles…


DEMAND PLANNING
At the beginning of each season we wonder, along with you, what the sell-out volumes are, realistically, going to be. To figure it out we analyze the previous season’s figures, what parts of the collection and range have been most successful and why, and what unforeseen events (timing, defects, etc) have influenced the sell-out result.
